Refund policy

The team at Hailey Love + Co takes pride in every order made and we want to make sure that every item sent out will be in its perfect condition.

Due to hygiene purposes, there is strictly no return or refund unless product is faulty, sent wrongly or damaged during delivery. Such returns or refunds will be subjected to approvals with proof of issue provided within 3 days from delivery date. We do not except any exchange or refund once order is confirmed unless item is sent wrongly or is damaged during delivery. For such order issues, please email us at hello@haileylove.co and our team will assist you from there. 

By submitting your order implies your agreement to our terms and conditions and your confirmation of the item. We will always do our very best to display colours of our products as close as possible to their original colours. We will also need your cooperation to make sure that the resolution of your monitor screen does affect the colour you see, thus we cannot assure you that the colours you see will be exactly the same as the product's.
